I think he's only adding some stuff to ModDB and is putting the other stuff he makes somewhere else, I'm not really sure what's going on there. There's only one real graphics only mod I know of. It'll cause a serious performance decrease but your average modern system probably won't notice it too much. The textures are actually scaled down by default, you can unlock them by doing this. I'd be interested to find out about any though. None that I know are graphical mods, mostly total conversions. I just bought dawn of war off of steam and wanted to find some mods to make the graphics a little more up to date and wanted some recommendations as to which ones are the best. Well, I don't really agree with Augers assessment. But I wanted to know, since there are 4 years between the original game and this expansion, have the graphics have improved as well?
